Your Responsibilities

Utilize our proprietary platform and personal network to source promising healthcare candidates
Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
Nurture leads through follow-up to sustain interest and support their recruiting journey
Maintain precise and current information in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions for setting meetings, conducting interviews, and facilitating hires from your referrals
