We’re looking for an Account Director who can lead complex client businesses with strategic clarity, operational rigor, and creative ambition.
This role is responsible for driving client growth, leading integrated teams, and ensuring the agency delivers bold, effective work that performs.
You’ll oversee account health across strategy, execution, financial performance, and team leadership—bringing focus, momentum, and accountability to both client relationships and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
You build trusted partnerships and help clients navigate what’s next.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to client leadership teams
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market dynamics
Translate business challenges into clear strategic direction and actionable opportunities
Identify and drive organic growth opportunities across accounts
Lead high-impact client conversations with confidence, clarity, and sound judgment
Anticipate risks, surface challenges early, and guide teams toward solutions
Build alignment and trust across client and agency stakeholders
Ensure the agency consistently delivers high-quality work and strong client partnership
Creative & Strategic Development
You help teams produce smarter, bolder, more effective work.
Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to shape integrated marketing solutions
Guide the development of campaigns and initiatives from brief through execution
Champion work that is strategically grounded, creatively ambitious, and built to perform
Push teams toward stronger thinking, sharper insights, and more impactful ideas
Ensure work aligns with client objectives, brand standards, and business goals
Help teams prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across complex initiatives
Business & Operational Leadership
You lead the business behind the work.
Oversee the financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting, scoping, staffing, and revenue management
Partner with Account Leadership and Finance to manage profitability and resource planning
Ensure scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and staffing plans support both client success and agency sustainability
Proactively identify and resolve operational, delivery, or scope-related risks
Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Establish strong working processes that improve collaboration, communication, and efficiency
Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard for both the work and the team experience
You create clarity, accountability, and growth for the people around you.
Lead, mentor, and develop Account Leadership team members
Provide clear direction, actionable feedback, and ongoing coaching
Help teams navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively
Foster strong collaboration across departments and disciplines
Contribute to a culture of accountability, curiosity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Support staffing decisions, team development, and long-term growth planning within the department

Qualifications
8–10+ years of account management experience in an agency
Experience leading complex, integrated marketing initiatives across channels
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities
Deep understanding of the creative development process and integrated campaign execution
Experience managing account financials, forecasting, staffing, and scopes of work
Confidence leading senior-level client conversations and presentations
Strong leadership presence with the ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A collaborative mindset and a high standard for the work
Curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach
