Marketing Coordinator

Twin Cities, Minnesota; Remote
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting organizational visibility and growth through the execution of marketing initiatives across content, digital, and campaign channels. Working within the organization, the Coordinator contributes to content creation, website management, email marketing, social media, and event support, while also supporting search engine optimization (SEO) and broader content initiatives. This role ensures marketing strategies are effectively executed through collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and deliver coordinated initiatives. The Coordinator evaluates ongoing marketing efforts and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and impact.
Primary Functions:
Content & Digital Execution

Develops and publishes blog and website content aligned with SEO strategy and broader content initiatives
Maintains and updates website content in WordPress to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization
Supports SEO efforts including keyword alignment, on-page optimization, and ongoing content improvements

Campaign & Channel Support

Plans, creates, and schedules organic social media content across relevant platforms
Supports paid social media campaigns through asset preparation, audience targeting, and performance tracking
Executes email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, scheduling, and reporting

Marketing Operations & Enablement

Assists in building and maintaining marketing automation workflows, including email sequences, lead nurturing, and campaign triggers
Designs marketing assets such as flyers, social graphics, and promotional materials using Canva
Supports event marketing activities including promotional materials and post-event communications
Organizes and maintains marketing assets to ensure consistency and accessibility

Performance & Optimization Support

Monitors and reports on performance metrics across content, email, and social campaigns
Identifies trends and supports recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Leverages AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or content development.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with high attention to detail
Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives across web, email, and social channels
Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization practices
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as CRM, email marketing tools, and social media management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva) to support marketing asset development
Exposure to marketing automation, campaign execution, and performance tracking
Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency
Ability to interpret basic performance data and support continuous improvement of marketing efforts
