Position Overview
Rhino USA is looking for a highly organized, social-media-savvy Social Media Project Manager to own the operational backbone of our social and content team. This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative production and project execution - keeping a fast-moving content calendar on track, coordinating across creators and internal teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by building systems that help creative teams move faster and execute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Own the social content calendar - tracking what's in production, what's scheduled, and what's due
Manage project boards and workflows across the social and content teams, keeping priorities visible and timelines moving
Coordinate creator collaborations end-to-end: outreach tracking, product seeding, deliverable deadlines, and content review
Liaise between social, design, video, and paid teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec
Track performance reporting cadences and help compile data for weekly and monthly social reviews
Manage logistics for content shoots - scheduling, asset prep, and post-production handoffs
Support influencer and partnership programs by maintaining trackers, coordinating shipments, and following up on deliverables
Surface blockers early, flag dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed on project status
Build and maintain SOPs and documentation so workflows scale as the team grows
Jump in on ad-hoc projects and provide operational support wherever it's needed
Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing social media content pipelines, production workflows, or creative projects
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and follow-through with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, or similar tools
Understanding of the content creation lifecycle from creative brief to publishing
Experience working with influencer or creator programs is a plus
Background in e-commerce, consumer brands, or social-first marketing environments preferred
Interest in off-roading, outdoor lifestyle, or powersports culture is a bonus
