Shifts: 6am - 4:30pm, hybrid (onsite Mon-Wed, remote Thurs/Fri)
Duration: Contract (6 months, until end of 2026)

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years customer support experience, ideally with order management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with order management or ERP systems

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online
Verify order accuracy and enter into ERP system
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product info
Assist customers through live chat and follow up on voicemails
Support sales team with documentation and internal processes
Maintain email correspondence and support order management
