About Our Client

You will be working for Geek Powered Studios, a digital-marketing agency founded in 2009 in Austin, TX, focused on smart strategy and relentless optimization for e-commerce and lead-generation clients. They are a small, high-performance team that geeks out over data, results, and yes — tacos, hot sauce, and Star Wars.
In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
Own daily performance and hit CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets across multiple client accounts
Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
Create and maintain reporting dashboards in AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, and CallRail
Write creative, compelling ad copy for Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
Collaborate with account managers and creative teams on strategy and execution
Present performance updates and recommendations directly to clients
Skills You Have

4+ years of PPC experience inside a digital-marketing agency (required)
Advanced Google Ads expertise across Search, Display, and Performance Max
Proven success managing both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting skills — you're fluent in data
Experience with AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Opteo, and/or SEMrush
Comfortable communicating directly with clients
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Advanced English — written and spoken
Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

Experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar behavior analytics tools
Background in Meta Ads beyond standard campaigns (Advantage+, catalog ads)
Additional paid platforms: Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest
