The Role

You're a highly experienced Senior Digital Producer - equal parts operator, strategist, and client partner. You bring structure to complexity, confidently leading multidisciplinary teams through ambitious digital engagements. You understand the realities of building digital products and experiences, and know how to balance client expectations, team needs, budgets, timelines, and creative ambition.

You'll lead some of Koto's most significancan yt digital projects, helping shape delivery approaches, guiding clients through complexity, and ensuring exceptional work reaches the market. Beyond individual projects, you'll contribute to the evolution of our digital practice, helping refine processes, and raise the standard of delivery across the studio.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of web and app projects - from scoping and planning through launch and optimization. You create clarity from ambiguity, structuring projects in ways that enable teams to produce their best work while delivering strong creative and commercial outcomes.
Partner with leadership on pitches, proposals, and business development opportunities. You can confidently position Koto's digital expertise to brand clients, new business leads, and digital-first founders alike.
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams - advocating for both while communicating clearly, proactively, and confidently across every stage of a project.
Champion delivery excellence across the studio, refining processes and ways of working to support exceptional outcomes. You know when to apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches depending on the needs of the engagement.
Own project resourcing and forecasting in close partnership with our Senior Resource Manager and leadership team. You anticipate future needs, identify risks early, and help ensure teams are set up for success.
Take ownership of projects - including budgets, scopes, timelines, and change requests. You negotiate confidently, keep projects on track, and navigate challenging moments with calm and clarity.
Report proactively on budgets, timelines, KPIs, and project health - ensuring leadership and finance teams have visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities. Play an active role in supporting broader studio and monthly goals.
Think holistically about digital experiences. You understand how brand, strategy, UX, content, and technology intersect, helping teams translate ambitious ideas into thoughtful, effective, and beautifully executed digital products.
Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of Koto's digital practice - helping shape tools, processes, and delivery approaches as the studio expands its digital capabilities.
