EBRA Events, a subsidiary of the EBRA Group, organizes local and national events with positive impacts to create connections and value the actors of the territories.
Job Description

Reporting to the marketing project managers, you will play a key role in the loyalty of participants and the follow-up of partners. You will actively participate in the preparation and success of the event, on the following aspects:
Setting up direct marketing operations and visitor recruitment strategies for the event, analyses and recommendations.
Creation and follow-up of distribution documents (emailing and newsletter, creation with the PAO service, contact with service providers…)
Management of the event website.
Follow-up and development of relationships with partners.
Management of visitors before the event.
Management of the reception of visitors, exhibitors, VIPs, press on site.
Setting up online partnerships.
Performance analysis (statistics, turnover) and development of visitor profiles.
On-site presence: Be present at the events to accompany partners and ensure quality operational follow-up.
Profile Sought

Education: From Bac + 4/5 (ESC or higher education, university curriculum with specialization in marketing/communication…)
Reactive, autonomous, rigorous and organized, you demonstrate good interpersonal skills and perfect mastery of the office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…). You are passionate about the marketing and event industry (previous marketing experience would be a plus).
