We Are Now Looking For Our First Creative Marketing Manager In A New Business
For 76% of people, the deepest pain in life becomes the gap between who they really are and who they could become.
To overcome this gap, we created an app-simulator of a person.
It is based on one idea: the best way to understand yourself, develop, and achieve goals is to live real life situations in a game form, not to read about them. The app takes your personality type and turns it into a personalized journey—a series of gaming experiences. They are designed to show how exactly your character shapes thoughts, decisions, relationships, energy levels, and behavior in everyday situations. Each simulation, each choice, and the result create a deeper understanding of who you are—and how you can grow.
What You Will Do:
- Build and launch a creative factory from scratch; - Develop advertising concepts, scripts, and briefs for designers and UGC authors; - Test hypotheses, analyze performance, and scale what works; - Monitor competitors and market trends; - Implement AI tools in the workflow; - Recruit and develop a creative team.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years in performance creative marketing; - Practical experience with Meta and TikTok advertising; - Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach; - Experience in writing briefs and managing creative production; - Ability to build processes rather than just execute tasks; - Experience with AI creative tools; - English B2+.
It Will Be A Plus:
- Experience in EdTech, self-development, or Lifestyle apps; - Experience in building a team from scratch.
