The Role

This is a rare opportunity to play a key strategic role in shaping the future of an employment department, leading client relationships, mentoring talent, and helping drive the business forward.

You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload.

Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Skills Required

You will be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE, ideally with existing Partner or Legal Director experience.

Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base.

A strong track record in business development and client retention.

Deep knowledge of employment matters.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a team and department.
