A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and addressing customer needs
Educate customers on residential commodity markets and support retention efforts
Assist customers with service setup, payments, and follow up on inquiries for resolution
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years' experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a set schedule
Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
