Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join and guide the Global Digital Marketing team for a major sportswear brand. In this role, you will focus on planning, executing, and overseeing seasonal digital marketing plans across owned digital platforms (app and website), social media channels, and creator/influencer partnerships.

You will be responsible for making brand, product, and seasonal messages connect with target customers. You will lead the development of branded content, online services, partnerships, and digital experiences. You will work closely with other teams (such as Football, Running, Basketball, etc.) to build worldwide love and advocacy for the Sportswear line.

Digital content creation for highly visible brands

Reading consumer data and creating optimization plans

Project management and analytical thinking

Relationship building and influencing teams

Familiarity with latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Leading and scaling teams

Requirements for the role:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile culture and lead through change and ambiguity

Excellent verbal communication, including presenting complex business issues

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies

Ability to build plans, presentations, and keep a team moving cohesively in the right direction

Self-starter who embraces change

Education and Experience:

8–10+ years of relevant work experience

5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social marketing

Demonstrated experience developing digital content for well-known brands

Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams.
