PTx is a leading provider of agriculture technologies for farmers, focused on creating solutions for current agronomic issues and providing practical educational resources. PTx products upgrade the performance of farmers’ existing agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop product marketing plans for the region to generate awareness, consideration, and leads.

Create brand marketing plans to increase awareness of PTx and its product brands and dealer channel.

Coordinate with media agencies to design and execute communications plans.

Collaborate with sub‑teams within marketing to bring plans to life.

Identify marketing communications goals and objectives for the region.

Participate in the development of value propositions for new products.

Understand the product line’s value proposition and its relevance to the region.

Work with research and analytics teams to develop and deploy brand health surveys and research.

Understand dealer business models to inform decision making.

Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and precision ag marketing to influence strategy.

Own the budget for the regional marketing communications plan.

Partner with product launch team members to create strategies and tactics for successful new product launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in marketing or agricultural sales.

Excellent time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership and creative problem‑solving abilities.

High motivation and strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
