Archer Meat Snacks, one of the fastest-growing brands in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support brand execution, sales enablement, packaging initiatives, and digital content management across the business.

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Marketing and Sales teams, helping ensure brand assets, sales materials, packaging projects, and e‑commerce content remain accurate, organized, and impactful. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners to keep initiatives moving and ensure Archer consistently delivers a best‑in‑class brand experience.

What You'll Own & Impact
Sales Support & Brand Asset Management

Manage the creation, publishing, and maintenance of sales materials, including sell sheets, line sheets, customer presentations, and channel‑specific marketing tools

Own and maintain the company's product information and asset management platforms, ensuring materials remain accurate and accessible

Coordinate product sample requests and support Sales with customer and retailer needs

Maintain inventory and organization of marketing samples and materials

Brand Marketing & Content Execution

Support execution of brand marketing and shopper marketing initiatives across multiple channels

Manage and organize brand assets, creative files, and advertising materials to ensure consistency and accessibility

Support public relations activities through timely coordination and shipment of product samples

Ensure product information remains accurate across all relevant data management and syndication platforms

Packaging & Cross‑Functional Project Management

Serve as project manager for packaging extensions, line expansions, and other incremental packaging initiatives

Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams to support packaging updates and implementation projects

Help ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders remain aligned throughout execution

E‑Commerce & Digital Content Management

Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure product content across Amazon, company websites, and retail media platforms remains current and accurate

Conduct regular content audits and coordinate updates to support product launches and brand initiatives

Monitor consumer review platforms and provide feedback regarding customer sentiment and emerging trends

Website, Consumer Experience & Brand Support

Maintain website updates related to new products, innovation launches, and brand news

Support newsletter, SMS, and owned media initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration

Assist with consumer complaint processes and help escalate quality concerns when necessary

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

2‑4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Sales Support, Consumer Products, or related roles

Experience working within food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods environments preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency

Experience with asset management, data syndication, or product content management platforms preferred

Self‑starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth organizations
