Swing Shift Production Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Swing Shift Production Supervisor
This isn't your average supervisor role. You'll own the floor — leading both our production AND sanitation teams during one of the most critical windows of our operation.

What you'll do:

Lead, coach, and develop two teams simultaneously

Drive food safety and sanitation compliance (SSOPs, chemical inventory, regulatory standards)

Execute the shift plan with a continuous improvement mindset

Hand off clean and upscale smart

You're the one we're looking for if you:

Lead with accountability and empathy

Stay calm when the floor surprises you

Take food safety personally — because you know what's at stake

Be a proactive self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to fix

Have supervisory experience in food manufacturing (production or sanitation)

Speak Spanish? That's a big plus.

Food safety certs (HACCP, PCQI) and ERP experience are a bonus — but the right leadership mindset matters most.
