What Youll Do

Inspect plant material to identify pests, diseases, and other health concerns.
Select and apply appropriate treatments to promote optimal plant health.
Prepare diagnostic reports and educate clients on landscape care.
Operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively.
Manage a specific territory independently to ensure client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For

Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Proven ability to work independently with responsibility and care.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills for client engagement.
Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment operation.
Commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses.
Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
Valid drivers license with the ability to operate service-line vehicles.
