About the Position
Good content is honest. It reflects something real about the brand, the product, and the people behind it. That's what we're building at MiiR—and this is the role that makes it happen every day.

You’ll own our social channels, editorial calendar, and creator and ambassador programs. The work is hands‑on: writing copy, managing platforms, coordinating creators, keeping things moving. You’ll have meaningful ownership and a direct hand in how people experience the MiiR brand.

You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and work closely with Digital, Creative, Sales, and Customer Experience.

What You’ll Do
Content & Storytelling

Own the editorial calendar—what we publish, when, and why it matters right now

Write and edit copy across formats: social captions, campaign messaging, blog posts, and email content, with a voice that sounds unmistakably like MiiR

Concept and create short‑form video and photo content in‑house when the moment calls for it—mobile‑first capture, light editing, platform‑native formatting; you’re comfortable getting scrappy

Repurpose and extend content across channels without it feeling recycled

Social Media & Community

Own MiiR’s daily presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest—content creation, scheduling, and community engagement alongside Customer Experience

Manage our social commerce storefronts, including Meta Shopping and TikTok Shop: product listings, collections, and promotions

Use social management tools to plan, publish, and report on content efficiently as programs scale.

Understand how organic content connects to the broader marketing mix, including how social supports paid campaigns and seasonal initiatives

Creator & Ambassador Programs

Run our ambassador, creator, and influencer marketing programs end‑to‑end: outreach, brand‑fit vetting, agreements, product sends, content deliverables, and performance reporting

Lead our shift toward more creator‑led content—identifying the right voices, giving clear creative direction, and providing actionable feedback so what they produce is true to MiiR

Build relationships that feel like partnerships, with people who actually use and love what MiiR makes

Surface and curate user‑generated content that reflects the community we’re building

Campaign & Cross‑Team Support

Lead and drive GTM and brand marketing campaigns. Coordinate content across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives—ensure everything is delivered on time and is on brand

Partner with our Senior Director of Growth & Digital Commerce on email and SMS content; support our PR agency with story angles and assets during launches

Performance & Insights

Track and report on social, content, and creator program performance on a regular cadence

Translate data into clear takeaways and practical next steps—what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should try next

Help manage creator and content production budgets; flag when resources aren’t being used effectively

What You Bring
Experience & Skills

4+ years of in‑house social media and content marketing experience at a consumer‑facing brand; we’re looking for someone who has lived inside a brand, not just served one

A portfolio that demonstrates strong copywriting, content strategy, and brand voice—include a link with your application

Exceptional writing and editing: you can match a brand voice, write clearly under pressure, and self‑edit without being precious about it

Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and an editorial content calendar at scale

Experience running influencer, creator, or ambassador programs: outreach, vetting, agreements, deliverables, and reporting

Demonstrated experience with social commerce—Meta Shopping and/or TikTok Shop

Proficiency with a social media management tool such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite

Ability to create short‑form video and photo content in‑house: mobile capture, light editing, and platform formatting

Strong project management; Asana experience strongly preferred

Comfortable with analytics and performance reporting—you can interpret the data and translate it into action

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $90,000–$110,000. New hire salaries typically fall between the range minimum and midpoint, depending on skills, experience, and expertise assessed during the interview process.
