The role
You’ll advise employer clients on a broad range of employment matters, including:

Employment tribunal litigation and pre‑hearing work

Employment law and HR advisory support

Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures

Settlement agreements and employee relations issues

Employment input on corporate and commercial transactions

Delivering training and contributing to business development

About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:

Has 2+ years’ PQE in employment law

Is confident managing their own caseload with support

Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues

Is organised, adaptable and commercially aware

Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider team
