Logistics Broker
As a Logistics Broker, you will locate, build, and manage relationships with carriers to reliably transport customers’ freight. You will negotiate freight and carrier contracts, close sales, and deliver results in a dynamic, goal‑driven setting.

Qualifications:

Sales experience required.

Strong phone skills, negotiation ability, and a disciplined approach to closing deals. You should be motivated, confident, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Carrier Relations Representative
Your role involves building, maintaining, and managing our carrier database. You will provide existing carriers with continuous business, learn the industry lingo, and maintain lasting connections through phone, e‑mail, and social media outreach.

Qualifications: Basic data entry, time management, ability to follow directions, and computer savvy. Phone comfort is essential. Multilingualism is an advantage. Prior TMS experience (SAP, McLeod, KIP, etc.) and EDI familiarity are preferred.

Dispatcher
Dispatchers coordinate freight movement for a range of vehicle types, ensuring accurate routing and scheduling across all 50 states. You will be responsible for rapid, error‑free data entry, phone communication, and utilization of dispatch software.

Qualifications: 3‑5 years dispatcher experience with a national brand, knowledge of truck classifications (dry van, reefer, flatbed, etc.), typing speed of 80–95 WPM with high accuracy, and proficiency in MacroPoint, Fourkites, and TMS platforms (SAP, McLeod, Keypoint, etc.). EDI and imaging knowledge is a plus.

Customer Service Representative
Provide exceptional, accurate support to our customers. You will manage communication via phone, e‑mail, and advanced technology, ensuring timely and precise responses.

Qualifications: Fast typing speed (80–95 WPM), phone confidence, English mastery, computer savvy, and dynamic problem‑solving skills. Multilingualism and expertise in EDI and TMS are preferred.

Senior Operations Manager
Lead a team of logistics professionals, coach and motivate staff, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to drive supply‑chain solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–3 years of post‑education experience, outstanding leadership, industry knowledge, and mastery of EDI and TMS platforms. Existing client base is an advantage.

Existing client network is valued.
