Job Description

Enterprise Growth: Build and expand strategic relationships across integrated majors, independents, midstream operators, oilfield services firms, and EPCs

Executive Engagement: Partner with CIOs, CTOs, Digital and Operations leaders to define and drive transformation roadmaps

Deal Leadership: Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from early discovery through to successful closure

Strategic Positioning: Establish the company as a long-term digital transformation partner across both field and corporate operations

Revenue Delivery: Consistently exceed enterprise sales targets within the North American Oil & Gas market

The Successful Applicant
What You Bring

15+ years of experience spanning enterprise sales, consulting, or digital transformation

Proven success closing large, complex enterprise deals within the Oil & Gas sector

Deep understanding of upstream, midstream, and/or oilfield services operations, including field workflows and asset-heavy environments

Track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders across technology and operations

Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting, or a leading enterprise technology organization

Experience selling low-code
o-code platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS solutions

Strong existing network within the Houston Oil & Gas market

Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and commercial leader
