Job Description
Epoch Sports is seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Manager to lead all brand marketing initiatives, digital storytelling, and social media strategy. This person will play a key role in shaping and amplifying the Epoch Sports brand across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity while driving growth, community engagement, and product awareness. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and is ideal for someone passionate about sports culture, digital trends, and building brands with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Management

Develop, own, and execute the overall Epoch Sports brand strategy across all touchpoints

Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across digital, retail, event, and product channels

Translate the company’s mission, values, and unique position into brand campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments

Marketing Campaigns

Lead the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, partnerships, and events

Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, creative) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to drive marketing execution

Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, customer engagement, and ROI

Social Media Management

Own Epoch Sports’ presence across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.)

Develop and execute the content calendar to engage target audiences, build community, and drive traffic and sales

Respond to community questions, build relationships with followers, and manage user-generated content.

Content Creation and Digital Storytelling

Concept, produce, and manage compelling digital content including video, photo, graphic, and written content that brings the Epoch brand to life

Collaborate with athletes, creators, and ambassadors to develop content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand values

Work closely with in-house designers and the media team to execute polished, on‑brand assets

Influencer and Ambassador Management

Identify, recruit, and manage athletes and brand ambassadors aligned with Epoch’s vision and product lines.

Track and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.

Data and Performance

Use data tools and social insights to guide content strategy, campaign optimization, and audience growth.

Stay on top of marketing, sports, and cultural trends to keep Epoch ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in brand management, social media, or digital marketing—preferably in a consumer products or sports‑focused company.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing channels, and social media best practices.

Experience creating high‑quality digital content, including short‑form video (Reels/TikTok), photography, and storytelling.

Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills are a strong plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut, etc.).

Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Passion for sports, especially lacrosse or team sports culture, is highly desirable.
