JOB SUMMARY: Regular People is a creative studio that seamlessly connects producing, marketing, and general management under one roof. We champion audience-first and artist-first strategies, helping theatrical productions thrive through innovative campaigns, strategic positioning, and deep engagement with audiences and partners alike. We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing pod and strengthen relationships with clients, collaborators, and artists across the theatrical landscape. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and is central to building up our marketing practice for Regular People and client productions.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Social Media Management

Manage and maintain client social media accounts across all platforms

Oversee content scheduling, community engagement, and account upkeep

Manage Regular People's own social media presence and content

Content & Creative

Oversee development and creation of digital assets, campaign materials, and promotional content

Coordinate social media strategies, activations, and creative executions

Define project timelines, deliverables, and workflows aligned with production schedules

Track emerging social trends and evolving best practices to ensure content and campaigns remain relevant and competitive

Translate client objectives into actionable social media marketing plans

Support audience segmentation and targeting to maximize reach and engagement

Contribute strategic input during campaign planning, informed by audience behavior and data

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics across platforms

Provide regular reporting with insights and optimization recommendations

Set and track KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement

Client Relations

Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and theatrical projects

Build client trust through proactive communication and consistent results

Advocate for client needs across creative, marketing, and operational teams

SCHEDULE
Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekend activities will also be required based on the show schedules

SALARY
$52,500.00 – $52,500.00 per year
