What You'll Do

Build and grow a Property & Casualty book through net-new production
Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships in Western Pennsylvania
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through quoting and binding
Complete applications (including ACORD forms) and gather accurate underwriting information
Communicate directly with underwriters and carrier partners
Manage pipeline activity within CRM tools
Partner with internal service teams to transition business for onboarding and servicing
What You'll Bring

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
Experience selling B2B commercial insurance within an independent agency environment
Proven ability to prospect and close net-new business
Comfort completing applications and managing underwriting conversations independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
