Job Summary

The Senior Game Producer at CATAN Studio will guide end-to-end production for CATAN titles, ensuring strong alignment between product development, marketing and operations. You will ensure that development progresses smoothly while marketing teams have the visibility, assets, and timing they need to execute effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of product development, and the ability to keep multiple functions aligned without losing momentum.
What will your role involve

Drive alignment across development, marketing, and operations teams Define and manage roadmaps, schedules and deliverables across development and marketing workstreams Provide project management and functional support for the entire studio Ensure all functions are coordinated against key milestones, including development gates, supply chain timelines, and campaign needs Resolve competing priorities and drive clear, timely decision-making Maintain visibility into dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across the full product lifecycle Partner with internal supply chain, sourcing and QA teams to align production timelines with manufacturing and distribution requirements Collaborate with external partners, including IP holder, licensors and agencies Coordinate approvals for product, packaging, and marketing assets Ensure compliance with partner and regulatory requirements Translate external feedback into actionable plans for internal teams Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on progress, risks, and launch readiness Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What do you bring

Position Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and client-facing Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proven working experience in production management in the same or similar industry Strong leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Adobe Suite (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Fluent in Project Management software, including Monday.com Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to a changing landscape. Able to travel up to 5% of the time Creative problem-solving skills Comfortable working with a diverse and globally-disperse team across many time zones Comfortable working with diverse business cultures based inside and outside of the US Education/Experience Minimum of bachelor's degree 5+ years production management experience. Experience working with internal teams on multiple projects. Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget. Conversational skills in French and/or German a plus
