Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00

Job Summary / Basic Function

Assist the Facility Manager, Aquatics Coordinator, and Gym Operations and Equipment Maintenance Coordinator with various management tasks.

Create and post advertising for programs, events, and general building announcements, and manage posting on bulletin boards in the Stromberg Complex.

Create engaging social media posts and collaborate with building stakeholders such as Athletics and Campus Recreation.

Assist with tabling at events such as Block Party, possibly requiring travel to Davis Campus.

Act as a leader and mentor for staff, serving as a role model for safe practices for all Stromberg Complex hourly staff.

Work a minimum of 5 hours of office work per week, with flexibility for additional shifts as needed.

Report to the Stromberg Complex Facility Manager.

Required Qualifications

Current Weber State student.

Experience creating print and digital marketing materials, or managing a social media account.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
