To enhance the company's talent management strategy, the full-time remote Director of Talent Management will design and lead succession planning, leadership development, and employee development programs while collaborating with executive leadership and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise succession planning framework and facilitate reviews with executive teams
Own the talent review process and design enterprise talent programs to align with performance management
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet succession needs
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive HR experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development with a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years with a Master's degree
Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
Experience working with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
US Citizenship is required
