What Youll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts, driving revenue growth and retention. Serve as a senior commercial lead, building executive-level engagement with clients and agencies. Lead strategic client discussions on HCP engagement, endemic media, and AI-enabled opportunities. Develop integrated commercial solutions aligning client objectives with epocrates capabilities. Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity development through negotiation and account growth. Identify and advance new business opportunities across assigned accounts and strategic partnerships. Operate as a strategic advisor and market-facing representative for epocrates.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare media, or related commercial leadership roles. Strong endemic healthcare media expertise and understanding of HCP engagement environments. Experience working with major pharmaceutical marketing and media agencies. Demonstrated success managing complex, matrixed pharmaceutical and agency relationships. Strong understanding of programmatic activation, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization. Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and engagement strategies. Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders internally and externally. Strong executive presence, consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning capabilities. Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, evolving commercial organizations.
