A well-established law firm with a strong reputation in multiple Southern markets is expanding into Buckhead, Atlanta, and is seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow its newest office location!
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who is outgoing, polished, highly communicative, and excited by the idea of building relationships in the Atlanta business and legal community. What You’ll Do
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will support the firm’s efforts to grow brand awareness, strengthen community relationships, and develop new business opportunities for their new Buckhead office.
Responsibilities may include:
- Representing the firm at networking events, business functions, community events, and professional association meetings
- Assisting with business development initiatives to help grow the firm’s presence in the Atlanta market
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, professional contacts, and potential clients
- Coordinating marketing events, sponsorships, lunches, presentations, and outreach opportunities
- Supporting social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates
- Helping create marketing materials, firm announcements, event promotions, and branded content
- Tracking business development activity, contacts, follow-ups, and marketing results
- Assisting attorneys and firm leadership with client development efforts
- Researching local market opportunities, competitors, organizations, and events relevant to the firm’s growth
- Serving as a professional and enthusiastic representative of the firm’s brand in the Buckhead and greater Atlanta business community
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is personable, confident, organized, and eager to grow in a professional marketing and business development role. This person should be comfortable walking into a room, introducing themselves, starting conversations, and representing a respected law firm with professionalism and polish.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required
- Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in marketing, business development, branding, client relations, and professional networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presence and comfort attending in-person events
- Outgoing, relationship-driven personality with strong follow-up skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus
- Interest in the Atlanta business community, professional services, or legal industry preferred
- Prior internship, campus leadership, sales, hospitality, event planning, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
