In this role you will be responsible for developing the strategy and marketing plans for our Shoulder iD portfolio in Upper Extremities. This will include annual marketing plans, launching new shoulder arthroplasty products, and leading a small team of associates. You will also be gathering competitive insights, managing a budget, training new sales reps, developing launch plans, setting pricing structure, PLCM, and customer relationships.This hybrid role is based out of our Bloomington, MN office.Who we wantTalent developers .
