Junior Relationship ManagerFull Time Corporate Office, Irvine, CA, USPosition OverviewThe Junior Relationship Manager (Non-QM Wholesaler) will have a great personality, team player, and customer service attitude. Junior Relationship Manager is required to build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProvide hospitality-level of service to all clients and team membersHelp facilitate new brokers relationships with American Heritage Lending Inc (AHL). Educate mortgage brokers with loan products, pricing, and technology and remain a constant resource, as neededMaster internal functions and processes in order to successfully train Brokers on handling loans from Submission through ClosingSpeak and correspond with Brokers on a consistent basis to ensure their utmost satisfactionReach out and prospect new Broker business through email campaigns and callsAddress and resolve Broker questions and/or concerns in a timely mannerCommunicates and work with AHL Account Managers as necessary to ensure desired production resultsMonitor and help improve Broker performances and communicate results with AHL LeadershipAttend and participate in internal Trainings and meetings to stay informed on AHL processes and guidelinesExperience & Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 1+ years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales experience preferredAbility to conduct and attend web meetings and conference calls including presentationsBasic knowledge Non-QM; Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/FlipStrong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint programsProficient with Encompass/LONEssential Mental & Physical RequirementsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Frequently required to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, or squatUse hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controlsReach with hands and armsTalk or hearSpecific vision ability includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focusOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsAbility to analyze situations logically to identify causes and draw solid conclusionsAbility to anticipate the consequences of a situationAbility to modify one's own behavior to meet expectations of othersAbility to sustain one's own emotions from interfering with responding effectively to internal and external customer's needsDisplays honesty and trustworthiness; has a sense of personal accountability; maintains a moral conviction to do the right thingPhysical DemandsThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
