Responsibilities include client management, strategic sourcing of new relationships, risk management, and team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support client management activities, develop relationship strategies, and ensure exceptional client experiences.Coordinate with team to identify client needs, deliver proactive service, and ensure client advocacy.Grow the book of business through client expansion and new acquisitions, leveraging networking and business development strategies.Manage risk by appropriate client selection and working with risk partners to resolve concerns.Maintain accurate CRM tasks, participate in team processes, and mentor team members as needed.Qualifications & SkillsExperience managing a large and complex book of business, ideally 8+ years in a similar role.Bachelor's degree required; higher education or certifications preferred.Skills in client relationship building, financial analysis, decision making, and sales strategy.Competencies include customer experience management, effective communication, and value selling.Benefits & Additional InfoPNC offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs.
