Vinyl Record Production Assembly Technician

Full time availability only.Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.Overtime may be required if needed.Anything over 40 hours is overtime.Job Summary: Assemble and package pressed vinyl records on the production line and ensuring that all parts and components are assembled correctly and in a timely manner. Accurate and precise completion of packaging including following order packing slips and maintaining and checking quality control frequently throughout the process. Must adhere to safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Works with a dynamic team with room for growth in other areas of production.Supervisory Responsibilities: noneDuties/Responsibilities:Follow packaging protocols for vinyl record assemblyUse implemented systems to prepare records for boxing and label accordinglyWork effectively on a teamKeep work areas cleanTake out recycling and empty garbage as neededOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Have reliable transportationAble to follow directionsMust be able to work alone and with a teamMust adhere to safety, efficiency, and quality standardsHigh attention to detailPrior Manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredEducation and Experience:Equivalent job history, and 1 year of experience in a high paced work environment. Prior Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Physical Requirements:Extended periods of standing. Periods of walking and carrying items.
