We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.Job OverviewPlanetArt is looking for a Product Manager, Web to support the company's Web R&D department. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Product Development, Web, to plan the, execution, and tracking of mobile app development projects. Candidate will also be responsible for web analytics, revenue growth and ensuring the success of their apps. The Product Manager is the business owner for their websites. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Product Managers are accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, owning the full journey from the moment a customer discovers the site or app—through product exploration, purchase, fulfillment, and delivery. This includes ensuring that the physical product meets or exceeds customer expectations and that delivery timing aligns with promised and expected arrival windows. The role requires holistic thinking across acquisition, user experience, platform performance, operations, and post-purchase touchpoints to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the entire customer lifecycle.PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)What You'll DoKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute web development projectsDefine project scope, objectives, and requirementsWork closely with the team of Project Managers and web QA testers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentLeverage advanced technical analytics skills including SQL querying, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), and data visualization tools to monitor website performance, identify user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights that guide product strategy and feature optimizationCreate and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Own the release dateMonitor project progress and communicate potential risks or delaysCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative and Content, to refine project scope and requirementsCollaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of mobile applicationsIdentify, document and prioritize defect resolutionCreate, update and maintain project documentation in ConfluenceWork closely with development and QA teams to help resolve project-related issuesEscalate issues to when necessaryMonitor web performance, analytics and revenue.
