If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team.The Role Perk is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of up to 8 SDRs and work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and success of Perk.What will you be doing? Your key focus will be managing a team of 8‑12 SDRs to achieve overachievement of quarterly targets through weekly 1‑on‑1s, monthly development objectives, and performance management.Coach and mentor a world‑class, cross‑functional team with a strong focus on continuous skill development, identifying training needs, and assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.Have an in‑depth understanding of Perk's products to confidently mentor your team.Partner with other SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts, and product/feature updates.Design training sessions based on collected video recordings, using gamification, role‑playing activities, and pitch‑simulation.What will you need to succeed? Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS or the tech industry, with a proven track record of success.Previous leadership or management experience.Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate people.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.A very creative and solution‑driven attitude.Hands‑on experience creating presentations (videos or slides).Ability to design effective training and onboarding programs.Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.What do we offer? The range is $144,000 – $165,000 OTE (includes base salary and commission), plus stock options.
