The SolidCAM Client Executive is responsible for growing revenue by managing existing customer relationships and developing new business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on helping manufacturing customers understand and adopt TriMech's CAM software, services, and technical solutions through a consultative, value‑based sales approach.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive 30% existing customer growth and 70% new business developmentInitiate sales activities to inspire, educate and develop account relationships for CAM Software, training and services, and TriMech's solutionsDevelop strong client relationships and act as a trusted manufacturing solutions advisorIdentify customer challenges and present tailored CAM solutionsCollaborate with technical and partner resources to deliver complete solutionsProvide territory management data including forecasts, account management documentation, activity reports and a working business plan for the assigned territory to management utilizing Salesforce CRMProspect through outbound activity, OEM leads, trade shows, and eventsContinually engage with clients and prospects within assigned territoryMeet or exceed sales quota as assigned by Sales ManagerSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years of software or technology solution sales experience2+ years of solution-based or manufacturing/engineering sales preferredProven B2B sales success with strong communication and presentation skillsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward aggressive goalsSolidCAM, SOLIDWORKS, or manufacturing software experience a plusAbility to travel within assigned territoryValid driver's license and reliable transportationExceptional ability to function in a team environment, appreciate aggressive sales goals, superior communication, organizational and time management skillsProficient in MS Office ProductsPERKS AND BENEFITS Flex PTOCompetitive Group Benefits PlanWellness ProgramSocial EventsCOMPENSATION OTE $155,000 USDThis opportunity is to fill an existing vacancyTriMech is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, national origin, or protected veteran status or any other protected status.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
