Director - Raw Materials Procurement

The Director of Raw Materials Procurement is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the organization's global sourcing strategies for $1 B of direct materials spend annually. This position ensures cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality, and innovation across all raw material categories. The role partners closely with operations, R&D, finance, and supply chain to align procurement strategies with business objectives and drive enterprise value. This leader oversees supplier relationships, category strategy, and risk management, while leading a high-performing procurement team and managing significant spend.
