UAT Automation Lead -Senior Associate

Overview Chase is seeking a highly motivated UAT Lead to lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, working with cross-disciplinary teams on web and mobile-focused products. As a UAT Automation Lead on the Payments Product team in Connected Commerce, you will evolve with our customers' needs, focusing on disciplined testing execution in an Agile framework to deliver impactful user experiences.Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of user acceptance testing, working with process owners, technology, product managers, functional areas, and customer experience/design teamsExecute complex test strategies involving internal Chase applications, third-party vendor applications/microsites, and desktop and/or mobile applicationsPartner with Testing Leads across all phases of the testing lifecycleDesign, develop, and create manual test scriptsTest, validate, document, and evidence test resultsManage and prioritize defects and shepherd them to resolutionEnsure the highest quality product is delivered to customersSupport production releases, which may require occasional weekend/evening supportRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing roleHands-on knowledge of Agile principles and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practicesHands-on experience using JIRA for test execution tracking and defect lifecycle management (workflows, dashboards, traceability)Experience in designing detailed functional test plans and in the creation and execution of test casesProficiency with UDF and Cucumber, including creating/maintaining automated test scenarios and interpreting results to drive triage and sign-off decisionsStrong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloadWritten and verbal communication skills to present status and ideas clearly and conciselyFlexibility and adaptability to change direction based on stakeholder or management direction while meeting tight deadlinesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Hands-on experience conducting online and mobile testing using devices and simulators (e.g., SeeTest)Passion for online and mobile technology and knowledge of industry structure and trendsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experienceLegal and employment information Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
