The business operates as a vertically integrated platform, focused on driving operational performance, safety, and scalable growth across regions.The Managing Director will oversee a defined operating area, with full responsibility for P&L, project execution, and team leadership. This role plays a critical part in aligning field operations with financial targets while building the structure and accountability needed to support continued regional growth.The EnvironmentThis role operates within a field-driven construction and infrastructure services environment, supporting trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and utility-related projects. The Managing Director works closely with project management, operations, and estimating teams to ensure consistent execution.The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, requiring strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to manage multiple active projects.
