Hotel Revenue Manager

The Hotel Revenue Manager, under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for the financial performance and profitable operations of the hotel facilities and related departments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability. Analyze booking patterns, market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust rates and inventory accordingly. Maintain and update pricing and availability across all distribution channels. Maintain records and track key performance indicators for profitability (Rev. PAR, ADR, occupancy rate, GOPPAR, T - Rev. PAR, etc.). Analyze competitors' market positioning, brand reputation, and unique selling propositions to understand strengths and weaknesses.
