We look for team members who thrive on new challenges and who want to be part of a cutting-edge company experiencing exponential growth.OVERVIEWJoin our team as a Social Media Intern!At Cambrick Yard, our strategy and planning team is made up of inventive, digitally-minded creators who understand nuances of journalistic and news reporting cornerstones while providing informative, useful, and fun narratives.Ideal candidates have some experience with social media, and are passionate, creative, and willing to learn! Candidates will be working with a small, closely-knit team to manage dozens of social media channels across several platforms with detailed information from different brands. Work may include after-hours and weekend projects. In our business, stories can pop up at any time, and we have to be ready to react at a moment's notice. In the ever-evolving environment of online content, the rules change quickly; the successful candidate will not only keep up, but will be a trendsetter.PRIMARY TASKSContribute to a creative team of strategic thinkers to grow our brands through social channelsEnsure timely distribution of news and engagement content to our readersPost content to multiple social platforms throughout the day while also managing individual projectsInteract with readers and followers through comments and messages in a professional manner that also aligns with the brand voiceTrack and utilize analytics/metrics for our platforms to continue to build our content's reach, engagement, link clicks, and moreContribute to strategic decisions involving brand awarenessSKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience with multiple social media platformsPursuing or recently earned a Degree in Media or Marketing related field, preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, flexible environmentStrong time-management and organizational skillsMotivation for personal and team success with the ability to look for data-driven resultsMust have some Disney knowledgeExhibit creative problem-solving skillsKnowledgeable about Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platformsAble to handle multiple projects and deadlinesTO APPLYA complete application should include:ResumeSocial Media samples or links to your portfolio (ideally, these should showcase your voice and Disney knowledge)This is a remote position that will start as a 1099 Contractor with a $15 per hour rateSubmit all of these requirements to cambrickyardjobs@gmail.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
