We are driven by design-centric values to create places of holistic sustainability, modernity and contextualism.Job Description & Responsibilities: Our studio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging professional with academic or early professional experience in design and a strong interest in modern, highly custom residential and light-frame projects.He or she is a collaborative communicator with a strong design sensibility, eager to contribute at every phase of a project, from schematic design through construction administration. He or she is excited to learn, problem-solve, and grow skills in a hands‑on environment that values precision, creativity, and thoughtful execution.Qualifications and Experience we value highly: Assist in developing design concepts and documentation for several active projectsParticipate in the detailing, approvals, and construction process alongside experienced team membersCollaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and team membersContribute to drawing sets, presentations, and 3D modelsA strong interest in custom residential architecture and a desire to grow in a collaborative, rigorous environmentResourcefulness, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take initiativeFamiliarity with design tools such as SketchUp (especially SketchUp + Layout), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative SuiteA professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Strong communication and organizational skillsPreferred but not required: Internship experience in residential or light-frame architectureFamiliarity with Massachusetts building codes and permitting processesExperience in New England architecture firmsResumes and portfolios can be sent to: info@studioinsitu.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
