The Company is currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to achieve sales and closing goals through business development activities and hiring and managing a Sales Team.The Company offers numerous options to help its employees achieve their financial, professional, and wellness goals including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time offCompany-provided life insurance policy401(k) plan and matchCareer development and opportunities for advancementGeneral ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage On-site Sales CounselorsEnsure sufficient and high-performance staffing of Sales Team; recruit and hire as neededReview and verify CMAs monthlyBuild brand awareness with realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies and other potential affiliates in the areaOn-board and train new hires; conduct sales office orientationsProvide on-going training through site visits and team meetingsAssist sales team acting as first point of contact for questions and issues; elevate when requiredMonitor and manage the division Sales Teams HubSpot CRM performance; report performance to management as requestedAssist with resolving contract issues and conflicts with realtors and/orWork with Sales Team and preferred lenders to ensure capture rate goals are achievedOther duties and projects as assignedQualificationsExperience managing a team of sales professionalsMinimum of five years new home sales experience for a production homebuilder with proven track record of successBrix and Hubspot experience a plusStrong knowledge of sales, management and motivational techniquesExperience with and understanding of processes of the production homebuilding industryProject positive image of the Company in a professional manner with appropriate tact, habits, appearance, personal integrity, open‑mindedness, and willingness to learn and growOutstanding organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailKnowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and ExcelAble to work with a flexible schedule which may include more than 40 hours per week including weekendsMaintain valid driver's license and proof of state minimum auto liability insuranceAble to perform essential functions of job with or without a reasonable accommodation#J-18808-Ljbffr
