Content Creator & Athlete Media Coordinator (Entry-Level / Internship)We are seeking a creative, driven, and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Athlete Media Coordinator to help bring our athletes and brand to life through engaging digital content and storytelling. This role focuses on creating authentic, on-the-ground content that highlights athlete experiences, brand initiatives, and community engagement while supporting our overall digital media strategy.Candidates located near our athletes, clients, or key markets are strongly encouraged, as this role emphasizes in-person content capture and local storytelling opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and capture photo, video, and social content featuring athletes, events, and brand initiativesTravel locally to practices, events, appearances, shoots, and activations to gather authentic contentProduce short-form content optimized for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channelsAssist with filming, editing, and publishing content aligned with brand voice and athlete objectivesIdentify compelling storylines and behind-the-scenes moments that connect audiences to athletes and the brandCoordinate content schedules and maintain organized media librariesWork collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to support campaigns and content initiativesMonitor content performance and provide recommendations for future content opportunitiesStay current with social media trends, editing styles, and emerging content formatsQualificationsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Journalism, Media Production, or related field (preferred but not required)Experience creating content for social platforms, either professionally or personallyFamiliarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platformsStrong understanding of athlete branding, sports culture, and social media trendsComfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends when events occurAbility to travel locally and work independently when capturing contentPreferred TraitsStrong storyteller with a creative eye for content opportunitiesSelf-motivated and comfortable in fast-paced environmentsPassion for sports, athlete branding, and digital mediaComfortable interacting with athletes, clients, and partners in professional settingsPosition TypeInternship / Part-Time / Entry-Level (Flexible Based on Candidate)Location PreferenceCandidates located in or near athlete/client markets preferred to support local content capture and authentic storytelling opportunities.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.#J-18808-Ljbffr
