Responsibilities

Lead creative direction across all client video work, ensuring every pitch and execution feels native to the internet.

Generate numerous creative video ideas weekly (up to 67), then develop them from concept to execution, scripting and shaping the final product.

Collaborate closely with editors, producers, and storytellers throughout the production process.

Maintain a strong preference for mobile-first storytelling and minimal production gear reliance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record of organic reach and views with no paid spend.

Strong storytelling skills with understanding of hooks, pacing, suspense, and payoff.

Ability to spot weak concepts and improve them quickly.

Confidence in pitching and selling ideas on paper before footage is captured.

Proficiency with phone based filming and effective framing over expensive equipment.

Deeply fluent in internet culture and audiences across South Africa, USA, and Europe.
