Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Digital Advertising Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing our talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top-tier applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition marketing strategy.

Create integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting targeted strategies, segmenting audiences, and measuring effectiveness.

Build and nurture a talent network/community to foster engagement.

Organize and promote recruitment events, serving as a brand ambassador.

Provide monthly updates to leadership on talent acquisition marketing initiatives.

Generate monthly reports on critical talent acquisition marketing metrics.

Propose innovative ideas to enhance candidate experiences and engagement.

Conduct research on the latest trends in recruitment marketing and advertising.

The Digital Advertising Recruitment Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our recruitment marketing team with planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. This will include supporting employer branding initiatives, promoting recruitment events, creating graphics, managing social media, auditing landing pages, copywriting, managing digital ads, and reporting on campaign performance.

Program Duration: 6 months (24 weeks)

Weeks 1-2: Orientation & Fundamentals - Learn about the company and recruitment marketing basics.

Weeks 3-22: Engage in Campaign Planning & Execution, Content Development, and Hands‑on experience with Digital Advertising Platforms.

Support email nurture campaign creation and execution.

Assist in the promotion of hiring events.

Gain skills in tracking, reporting, and performance analytics.

Contribute to campaign optimization efforts and A/B testing.

Collaborate with recruiters and cross‑functional teams.

Help update and improve the career website and landing pages.

Explore new tools and platforms to enhance recruiting efforts.

Ensure compliance with brand standards.

Conduct industry research for trends and competitive insights.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Weeks 23-24: Wrap‑Up & Transition - Final review, documentation, and program evaluation.
