Creative Services Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Services Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with on-site producing commitments up to 5 days a month at our locations in Lake Forest or Orange County, CA. Reporting directly to the VP of Creative, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative production process, managing a talented team, and ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Coordinate and manage the workflow of creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Oversee the production of high-impact campaigns, including large-scale, big-budget productions.Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring seamless project execution.Team Leadership:Supervise and support a creative team consisting of a Social Media Coordinator, Producer, and various freelancers.Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to your team, helping them to grow and excel in their roles.Client Relations:Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding creative projects, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.Present creative work to clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
