You will lead an organization of Account Executives to drive Intuits business upmarket. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance high-level GTM strategy with operational excellence, ensuring our sales motion is repeatable, scalable, and consistently ahead of market trends./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliStrategic Growth: Develop and execute breakthrough strategies to accelerate logo expansion to HCM within the Mid-Market segment./liliLeader of Leaders: Manage and develop front-line managers and/or high-level individual contributors, focusing on long-term career pathing and leadership succession./liliOperational Excellence: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, streamlining sales processes to increase speed to benefit for both customers and employees./liliBoundaryless Leadership: Act as a key liaison between Product, Marketing, and Finance to align commercial packaging, pricing, and messaging with customer needs./liliTalent Strategy: Lead the effort to attract, hire, and retain top-tier sales talent, maintaining a high bar for performance and cultural fit./liliData-Driven Decision Making: Use a hypothesis-driven approach and data analytics to identify market opportunities and optimize territory management./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExperience: 8+ years of quota-carrying technology/solution sales experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in sales leadership roles (managing managers or large multi-disciplinary teams)./liliIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Payroll, HR Technology, or HCM solutions; experience with mid-market clients (10200+ employees) is highly preferred./liliStrategic Acumen: Proven track record of developing GTM initiatives tied to marketing and partner lead generation./liliScale Mindset: Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically scaling teams that handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles./liliCommunication: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization./liliEducation: Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred./li/ulpIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
