Communications Lead to support a high-visibility federal client within the national security space, focused on large-scale recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. This is a fully onsite role within a secure government environment requiring close, day-to-day collaboration with client stakeholders./ppThe role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals, audience targeting, and employer brand standards./ppThe role operates across digital, social, paid media, email, web, and event channels to support cohesive campaign execution and consistent messaging. The position requires regular interaction with client stakeholders and participation in collaborative planning and execution activities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment./ppJob Location/ppOnsite

Washington, DC (government facility, Metro accessible). All work is performed onsite in a secure federal environment. Limited telework may be authorized only as permitted by the client and contract requirements./ppWhat You Will Do/pulliSupport and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives aligned with recruitment and employer branding objectives/liliCoordinate messaging and campaign execution across channels, including social media, paid media, web, email/SMS, and events/liliCollaborate onsite with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, media, and program leadership) to align priorities and deliverables/liliEnsure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all public-facing communications and platforms/liliContribute to development of campaign plans, messaging frameworks, and content strategies/liliSupport execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to ensure alignment of messaging and performance/liliMonitor campaign performance and contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and optimization efforts to improve overall campaign effectiveness and audience engagement/liliSupport development of presentations, briefings, and communications materials for stakeholders/liliMaintain collaboration tools, workflows, and documentation to support program coordination and transparency/liliIdentify opportunities to improve integration across channels and enhance overall campaign effectiveness/li/ulpBasic Qualifications/pulliActive Top Secret (TS) clearance required/liliAbility to work onsite full-time in Washington, DC/liliU.S. citizenship required/liliBachelors degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field/lili3+ years of professional experience supporting marketing, communications, or integrated campaigns, preferably in a client-facing or agency environment/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExperience supporting federal government or public-sector communications programs/liliFamiliarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition campaigns/liliExperience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, paid media, email, events)/liliExperience supporting integrated campaigns and cross-functional coordination/liliFamiliarity with marketing analytics, KPI reporting, and performance measurement/li/ulpProfessional Skills/pulliStrong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and workstreams/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment/liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality/liliCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across interdisciplinary teams/li/ulpWorking at ICF/ppICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but were not your typical consultants.
