Marketing Manager, Systems and Technology

Job Title

Pay Range $40/hr - $45/hr
Role Overview

This role is crucial in bringing to life our marketing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing enablement systems.
Requirements/Must Have

Adobe Workfront Admin experience and expert proficiency.
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS SharePoint lite development.
Experience in building intake forms, creating and maintaining automations, building and creating site pages, and managing API connections.
Experience with Power Automate lite development.
Experience in Marketing Technology, Budget, and Operations.
Responsibilities

Implement processes and strategies through technology across all marketing enablement systems and platforms to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing enablement team to manage and optimize marketing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing system requirements with business goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and implement workflows and procedures to streamline marketing operations.
Monitor and analyze marketing system performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems, including integrations and data sharing of marketing projects.
Work closely with process specialists to align on processes and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and technology.
Provide system user training and support to marketing team members.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement new marketing technologies and integrations as needed.
Lead the development and maintenance of a universal taxonomy, metadata, and version control structure across all content resources.
Partner with project management on substantial projects from inception to completion.

Qualification And Education

BA/BS degree highly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
