Position Title: Vice President of Sales
Location: East Coast (Regional Oversight)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: Senior living sales leadership experience required

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in senior living sales leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-site role
Experience supporting Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred
Proven track record of driving occupancy growth and achieving revenue targets across multiple communities
Strong understanding of senior living market dynamics, lead generation strategies, and referral development
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Responsibilities
Lead regional sales strategy and occupancy development initiatives across multiple senior living communities
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to community Sales Directors and sales teams
Analyze occupancy trends, lead sources, and conversion metrics to drive performance improvements
Collaborate with executive leadership and operations teams to align sales goals with operational performance
Develop and strengthen relationships with regional referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations
Support community marketing initiatives, sales training programs, and best practice implementation
